Albert Lee Woodby, 73, a resident of Benton, passed away Tuesday, September 30, 2008 at his residence. He was of the Protestant faith. He was a retired custodian.

Mr. Woodby was the son of the late Fred Franklin Woodby and Maybelle Underwood Woodby and was also preceded in death by his sisters, Ruby Coleman, Brenda Kelly and Irene Bright; brother, James Woodby.

He is survived by his daughter Sharon R. Woodby of Adamstown, MD; three sisters: Marie Piasecki of Benton, Betty Swafford of Cleveland and Mary White of Sweetwater; two brothers: John Woodby of Cleveland and Charlie Woodby of Ducktown.

There will be no services at this time.
