Barbara Woody "Mo" Campbell, 74, a resident of Nashville and a former resident of Polk County, passed away Sunday, June 22, 2008. She was a graduate of Polk County High School. She was a member of Crievewood Baptist Church for many years.

Mrs. Campbell was the daughter of the late Robert N. Woody and Anna Belle Cheek Woody and was also preceded in death by her loving husband of 31 years, Edgar Gerald Campbell who she married in 1952.

She is survived by her daughter and spouse: Susan and Jeff Vaughn; son and spouses: Steven and Lori Campbell; beloved grandchildren: Hannah Vaughn, Jordan Vaughn, Christian Campbell, Austin Campbell, Alexandra Campbell and Mia Campbell; two sisters, Berniece Pack and Alleen Ray.

Funeral services will be conducted at 3 p.m. Thursday, June 26, 2008 in the chapel of Higgins Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be Jordan Vaughn, Christian Campbell, Austin Campbell, Jimmy Smith, Brownie Au, Paul Allen, Jack King and Sam Humbard.

Her family will receive friends from 1-3 p.m. Thursday, June 26, 2008 at the funeral home prior to the service.
