Billie Dupre, 67, of Cleveland, departed this life peacefully on March 10, 2022, at her residence with her beloved family at her side.

She was born on October 13, 1954, in Etowah, Tennessee to the late Billy E. and Iva HaulkMcDonald.

Throughout life, Ms. Billie developed a love for life and enjoyed being with her family.

In addition to her parents, Billy and Iva McDonald, she was preceded by her significant other of 18 years, Roy Hitchcock.

Left to cherish the many memories include her beloved brother, Garry (Faith) McDonald; cherished niece, Tammy McDonald, and several dear friends.

A Celebration of Life graveside service will be conducted at 12:00 p.m. (noon) on Tuesday, March 15, 2022, at Smyrna Baptist Church Cemetery, with Reverend Dave Whaley officiating.

Family and friends will assemble at 11:30 a.m. at Higgins Funeral Home and proceed to the cemetery for the committal service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Caring Place, 130 Wildwood Avenue, Cleveland, Tennessee 37311.
