Bobby William Bradford, age 72, a resident of Benton, passed away Friday, October 27, 2006 at his home. He was a member of Rock Creek Baptist Church. He was the son of the late Charlie and Bessie Long Bradford and was also preceded in death by two brothers: Roy Bradford and Charles "Buddy" Bradford, and two sisters: Betty Chloe Rogers and Louise "Potsy" Dalton.

He is survived by his wife, Ruby Trentham Bradford of Benton; three daughters and husbands: Sandy and Eddie Rice of Benton, Sharon and Rodney Rogers of Crandall, GA, and Kim Johnson of Cleveland; son, Charlie Bradford and Cathy Carswell of Benton; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; sisters: Stella Duggan and Ann Swan, both of Benton; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted Monday at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Higgins funeral home with Reverend Tony Duggan and Reverend Joe Hatcher officiating. Interment will follow in Benton Memorial Gardens with the release of a flock of white doves concluding the service.

His family will receive friends from 6 - 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
