Carol Diane Rowland, 54, passed away Wednesday, May 6, 2015 at a Chattanooga hospital. She loved being there for her children and loved ones. She was an outdoor enthusiast, loved nature, going to the mountains, interior decorating and antiques. She was preceded in death by her parents, James Boulton and Rebecca Louise Teems; brother, Alvin Boulton. She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Rowland; daughters, Brandy (Darrell) Morgan and Casey (Joey) Bramlett; son, Justin Cawood; grandchildren, Bailey, J.T. and Braden Crumley, Dinver, and Mitchel Cawood; Fin Mertens, Saylor and Beau Bramlett; sister, Mary (Ray) Davis; brother, Dr. James (Elaine) Boulton; several nieces, nephews and other extended family members and friends also survive. Funeral services will be conducted at 4:00 p.m. Saturday, May 9, 2015 at Higgins Funeral Home, Benton, TN with Reverend Terry Caywood officiating. Interment will follow in Benton Memorial Gardens. A white dove release ceremony will conclude the service. The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Saturday, May 9, 2015 at Higgins Funeral Home prior to the service.
