Carlyon Jean Grogg Todd, 64, a resident of Benton, passed away Wednesday, February 28, 2007 in a local healthcare facility. She attended the Bethel Baptist Church in Parma, Ohio.

She was the daughter of the late Ottie Orville Grogg and Essie R. Cutlip Grogg and was also preceded in death by her husband, Eldridge E. Todd.

Survivors include her children Edward Todd and wife Shelia Todd of Benton and Ottie C. Todd of Cleveland, Ohio; one granddaughter, Dawn Glenn of Cleveland; one sister, Sharon Daniel of West Virginia; one brother, Raymond Grogg of New York.

A funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday in the chapel of Higgins Funeral Home with Dr. Reed Wright officiating.

Her family will receive friends from 1-2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home prior to the service.
