Cayla Allissa Bloom, 6, of Delano, passed away, Wednesday, February 20, 2013 due to injuries sustained in a car accident. She was preceded in death by her mother, Linda Bloom. She is survived by her father, David Bloom; siblings, Dawson Bloom and Kadin Pike, all of Delano and grandparents, John and Bonnie Pike of Athens and John Bloom and wife, Sandy of NC and Terri Simpson of GA. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 24, 2013 in the chapel of Higgins Funeral Home with the Reverend Jerry Herron officiating. Interment will follow in Fellowship Baptist Church Cemetery with a white dove release ceremony concluding the service. The family will receive friends from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 23, 2013 at the funeral home.
