Clifford Lowe, 73, of Reliance, departed this life peacefully on July 3, 2022, at his residence.

He was born on September 8, 1948, in Reliance, Tennessee to the late Dyeo Lowe and Doris Swann.

In addition to his parents, Dyeo Lowe and Doris Swann, he was preceded in death by his brother, Pat Lowe, grandparents, James and Betty Lowe; aunt, Arvie Lowe.

Left to cherish the many memories include his children, Frank (Melissa) Lowe, Renee (Jesse) Bowen, and Brande (Marshall) Benson; grandchildren, Gemma Bowen, Brianne Benson, and Tearyn (Terry) Smallen; great-granddaughter, CoraLee Smallen; two sisters, Joyce Scroggs, and Kaye Perian; nieces and nephews, Tonya, Teresa, Matthew, Melanie, Steve, Angie, and Melissa. Several great nieces and nephews also survive.

Family and friends will gather from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Monday, July 11, 2022, at Higgins Funeral Home of Benton.
