Donna McClary Peterson, 53, of Benton, passed away, Tuesday, October 16, 2012 at a local hospital. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Benton. She was preceded in death by her father, Donald Davidson; siblings, Dewayne Davidson and Jeffery Davidson. She is survived by her mother, Inez Stiles and husband, Robert of Benton; husband, Brad Peterson; children, Paul and Carrie McClary of Benton, Jesse McClary of Benton and Pricilla McClary of Delano; seven grandchildren and brother, Mike Davidson and wife, Roxie of Delano. Funeral services will be conducted at 8:00 p.m., Friday, October 19, 2012 at Higgins Funeral Home with Dr. Robbie Speights officiating. Interment will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 20, 2012 in Benton Memorial Gardens with a white dove release ceremony concluding the service. The family will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Friday, October 19, 2012 at the funeral home prior to the service.
