Edna Carney Price Edna Carney Price, 86, a life long resident of Reliance, passed away Saturday, August 23, 2014 at local hospital. She was a member of Towee Baptist Church. Mrs. Price was the daughter of the late Morris and Elizabeth Brooks Carney and was also preceded in death by her husband, Reverend Ray Climmer Price twin daughters , Linda Mae and Brenda Fay Price. She is survived by several nieces and nephews and lots of friends. Funeral services will be conducted at 8:00 p.m. Monday August 25, 2014 at Higgins Funeral Home with Reverend Steve Dill officiating. Interment will be Tuesday August 26, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. in Archville Baptist Church Cemetery with a white dove release ceremony concluding the service. Her family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday, August 25, 2014 at the funeral home.
