Edward A. Anca, 79, of Ocoee, departed this life peacefully on April 20, 2025, at his residence.
He was born on October 13, 1945, in Dayton, Ohio, to the late Edward J. and Laveda M. Robey Anca.
Ed worked as a machinist for 30 years at General Motor and retired in 1995. He proudly served in the Army and received the National Defense Service Medal, Good Conduct Medal and Vietnam Service Medal. Ed was very proud to be a Vietnam Veteran. He was a mountain man among many and loved the Lord. He was a great stepfather, had a heart of compassion for anybody that he encountered. If you knew him, you loved him. He held a special place in his heart for his fur baby, Bradey.
In addition to his parents, Edward J. and Laveda M. Robey Anca, he is preceded in death by his wife, Carolyn Hendrickson Anca; brother, Bruce Anca.
Left to cherish the many memories include his closest and dearest friends, Jason and Rhonda Brown; stepson, Chris Mundey; brothers; Rocky Anca and Charles Anca; sister, Donna Anca; sister-in-law, Jan; niece; Nikki; his precious fur baby, Bradey. Several nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends also survive.
No services will be provided at this time.
