Edward Freeman, 71, a resident of Reliance, passed away Monday, June 15, 2015 at a Chattanooga healthcare facility. He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy Lee and Self Freeman; brother, Lewis Freeman. He is survived by his wife, Janice Wilcox Freeman; children, Lisa Chappell, Kimberly Moore and Stacy Bowers; 11 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; brothers, Venyard, Claude, Melvin, Clyde, and Jerry Freeman; sisters, Betty Cooper, Charlotte Goforth. The family will receive friends from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 17, 2015 in the chapel of Higgins Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Greasy Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
