Ellavee Marie Owens Wilson, 58, a life long resident of Reliance, passed away Wednesday, March 12, 2008 in a Knoxville hospital. She was a member of Archville Baptist Church. She was employed with Hardwick Clothes.

She was preceded in death by her father, Eskel Owens.

She is survived by her husband, Winston Hoyle Wilson of Reliance; mother, Edna May Owens; three children and spouses: Derrick and Vickie Wilson, Chad and Christine Burke Wilson and Amy and Mark Tankersley; grandchildren: Tabitha Wilson, Timothy Wilson, Riley Wilson, Tyler Wilson, Jake Tankersley and Jeremy Tankersley; special aunt and uncle, Racheal and Fred Shults.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 15, 2008 in the chapel of Higgins Funeral Home with Reverend Wilford Wright officiating. Interment will follow in Archville Cemetery with a white dove release ceremony concluding the service.

Her family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Friday, March 14, 2008 at the funeral home.
