IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Frankie
Aaron
May 19, 1957 – August 28, 2021
Charles Franklin "Frankie" Aaron, Sr., 64, a resident of Benton, passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 28, 2021, with his loving wife at his side.
Frankie was born on May 19, 1957, in Benton, Tennessee to the late Nettie Kathleen Shelton. Throughout life, Frankie accepted Christ into his heart at an early age and was of the Baptist faith. He was a member and Sunday school director at Beacon Baptist Church. Frankie retired from the Polk County Road Department after 26 faithful and dedicated years of service to our community. Well known throughout the community for his kind heart and affectionate smile, he was mostly known for being a caring and loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. He had a smile that would light up a room and one that will never be forgotten.
In addition to his mother, Nettie Shelton, he was preceded in death by his uncle, C.L. "Tick" Shelton.
Left to cherish his memory include his loving wife of 25 years, Cherie Ledford Aaron; loving children, Tisha (Matt) Mason, Charles (Sherry) Aaron, Jr., and Matthew Aaron and fiance Heather Kelly; adored grandchildren, Bailey (Bryson) Epperson, Emiley Aaron, Brittney Aaron, Kalee Aaron, Kimberly Mason, Mattyson Aaron, Charlie Aaron, III., Kylee Aaron, Layla, Karson Naverette, and Lyric Gibson; siblings, Louise Duke, Velma Standridge, Billy (Kay) Standridge, James (JoAnn) Standridge, and Pam (Tom) Zurcher.
