Freddie Joyce Hall, 76, of Ocoee, passed away Saturday, August 15, 2009 at her residence. She was a member of Cookson Creek Baptist Church in Ocoee. She was retired from Duracell. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie Hall; parents, Mark Evans and Essie Qualls Evans Shelton; son, Charles "Tony" Anthony Hall; 5 brothers and two sisters. She is survived by her children, Frieda Wilson and husband, Ronnie of Ocoee, Kathie Posey of Ocoee and Steven Hall of Clinton Township, MI; 7 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; sister, Ann Mantooth and husband, Vell of Old Fort; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, August 18, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Higgins Funeral Home with Reverend Rick Woody officiating. Interment will follow in Cookson Creek Cemetery. A white dove release ceremony will conclude the service. Her family will receive friends on Monday, August 17, 2009 from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
