Geraldine Waters, 84, passed away peacefully on June 27, 2025, surrounded by her family.

She was born in Benton, Tennessee, on September 28, 1940, to the late Roscoe and Willie Stephens Moats.

Geraldine enjoyed the beach, boating, singing, music and watching old classic movies.  She adored her grandchildren and loved spending time with her family and beating them in board games.

In addition to her parents, Roscoe and Willie Stephens Moats, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas O. Waters; son, Ricky Waters; sister, Faye Waters; niece, Holly Kirkpatrick.

Left to cherish the many memories include her beloved daughter, Keisa Davidson; granddaughters, Chelsey Duggan and Krystal Tate; great grandchildren, Levi and Hazel Gibson, Noah and Austin Wooden, Kyson, Kristian and Koda Duggan; brother, Bill Moats; sister Roberta Campbell. Several nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends also survive.

A graveside service will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at Benton Memorial Gardens.
