Harold "Pete" Dills, 69, of Charleston, TN was passed away Sunday, April 24, 2016 at his residence. He was a lifelong resident of the Benton Station Community, served in the United States Army and a Vietnam Veteran. He enjoyed camping, fishing and spending time with his family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Clyde and Mildred Dills.

He is survived by his daughter, Cathy Dills of Billsboro, IN; son, Jerry Dills of Fresno, CA; grandchildren, Rebecca and Jacob Scarber of Billsboro, IN; sister, Linda Bradshaw and brother, Roy Dills both of Benton, TN. Several nieces and nephews and extended family members also survive.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 12:00 noon Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at Higgins Funeral Home with the Reverend Joe Hatcher officiating. Military Honors will conclude the service.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. -12:00 noon Wednesday, April 27, 2016 in the chapel of the funeral home prior to the service.
