Jeffery Bryan Stroup, 50, passed away Saturday, February 14, 2015 at his residence in Old Fort, TN. He was born in Atlanta, GA and had lived in Polk County for the past 3 months. He enjoyed hunting and spending time with his family and friends. He was of the Baptist faith and a member of NRA. He was preceded in death by his parents, William Doyle Stroup and Mildred Lowe Moon; brother, Gregory Shane Stroup; sister, Sherry Hulsey. He is survived by his wife, Cathy Stroup; daughters, Tiffany Stroup of Gulf Shores, AL, Haley Stroup, Kinder, LA; son, Bryan Stroup, Gulf Shores, AL; grandchildren, Amber and Christopher Stroup, Leila (Sophia) Avera; sisters, Melissa (Eric) Ballard and Kristen Sandoval both of Chickamauga, GA, Robbie Stewart of Breman GA; and his loving dog, "L.J."
