Juanita B. Parker Dacus a resident of Benton, passed away Saturday, September 22, 2012 at a local hospital. She was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clifton Dacus; parents James Louis Parker and Nettie Bazzell Parker; brothers, Willie (Bill) Parker and Harry Parker. She is survived by her Children, Clifton (Butch) Dacus and wife Mable,of Benton; daughter, Vicky Daily and husband Jerry, of Benton; brothers: James L. Parker and wife Blanche, of Benton; Hubert Parker and wife Shilah,of Casa Grende, Arizona; sisters, Johnnie Sue Ledwell and husband Bill, of Benton; Mary Waters, and husband Buddy, of Old Fort; sister- in- law, Louise Parker, of Benton; sister- in- law Billie Parker, of Benton. Several grand, great-great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and special friend Ben McTaggart, of Benton. Funeral services will be conducted at 8:00 p.m. Monday, September 24, 2012 at Higgins Funeral Home with the Reverend Carl Haulk officiating. Private interment will be Tuesday at 11 A.M. in Oak Grove Church Cemetery. A white dove release ceremony will conclude the service. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 to 8 on Monday September 24, 2012 prior to the service.
