Judith Carver, 60, a resident of Reliance, TN passed away Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at her residence. She was a member of Fairview Baptist Church and enjoyed cooking, baking, sewing and gardening. She was preceded in death by her father, Thomas Bates. She is survived by her children, Heather and Jessica Carver; 4 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; mother, Blanche Bates Taylor; siblings, Holly Campbell, Randy Bates and Willard Bates. Several nieces, nephews and extended family members also survive. No services are planned at this time.
