Judy Ann Healey, 79, of Reliance, departed this life peacefully on January 21, 2026, at her home.

She was born on March 7, 1946, in Exeter, New Hampshire, to the late Charles and Rita Dumont Clough. Throughout life, Ms. Judy formed a strong relationship with God, enjoying being present at church worshipping the Lord. She was an avid lover of flowers and travelling, always being inspired by the beauty of nature. A true friend, she always had a smile on her face and always carried herself as a happy person. She was a Licensed Practical Nurse, caring for each patient with the same utmost of respect, showing her call to service. A sweet soul who loved those that loved her, she will be deeply missed.

In addition to her parents, Charles and Rita Clough, she was preceded in death by her brother, Charles (Pat) Clough; sisters, Madeleine Clough St. Hilaire, and Donat St. Hilaire; father of her children, Steve Kelczek.

Survivors include her two children and their spouses, Jill (David) Simmons, and Kari (Rick) Stanley; adopted son, Robert "Bobby" Healey; nieces, Kim St. Hilaire (Beth Dennis), Kathy St. Hilaire, Sandy (Steve) Jones, and Karen (Keith) Stewart; nephew, Gene (Merrie) St. Hilaire; grandchildren, Holly Simmons, and Eric Simmons; dear friends and caregivers, Pastor Ben (Lisa) Brown and their children, Brittany (Joshua) Galbraith and their children, Nicole, Amelia, Nathaniel, Benjamin (fiancé, JulieAnn Lowery) Brown Jr., and Naomi Brown.

There will be no services at this time.
