Judy A. Long, 63, of Benton, passed away Monday, May 16, 2016 at her residence. She enjoyed researching her family genealogy and "getting together" with her high school friends. She was a member of Welcome Valley Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn E. Long; parents Jim and Letha Cain.

Survivors include her sons, David Long and wife Glenda, Darrell Long and wife Catrina; special ex daughter-in-law, Ramona Cochran and husband, John; three grandchildren, Rachel Ellis, Will Long and Joseph Cochran; brother, John Cain; several nieces, nephews and extended family members also survive.

The funeral will be at 3:00 p.m. Friday, May 20, 2016 in the chapel of Higgins Funeral Home with the Reverend Steve Ross officiating. Interment will follow in Cookson Creek Cemetery. A white dove release ceremony will conclude the service.

Her family will receive friends on Friday from 1:00-3:00 p.m. at the funeral home prior to the service.
