Kimberly J. Kerley, 51, of Chatsworth, Georgia, passed away on July 15, 2026, at her home.

She was born on August 6, 1974, in Cleveland, Tennessee, to the late Bobby and Retta Balckwell Cate.

Throughout life, Kimberly enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandkids, Weston and Hudson. She loved fishing, going camping, exploring, gardening, and very much loved her country music and deeply loved her cats.

Left to cherish her many memories include her loving daughters, Samantha (Micah) Beavers, Mary (Anthony Garrett) Kerley; adored grandchildren, Weston and Hudson; sister, Whitney (Sean) Mikel. Several extended family members also survive.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 8, 2026, at Little Prospect Baptist Church, 8347 GA-2, Dalton, GA 30721.

Her family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, prior to the service at the church.
