Kolton River Ward, infant son of Andy and Racynda Ward of Benton, passed away Wednesday, May 8, 2013 in a Chattanooga hospital. He was preceded in death by his aunt, Crystal Meyers. In addition to his parents he is survived by his brother, Jayden Ward; grandparents, Gary and Mary Ward and Grant and Martha Ballew; uncle, Ray Ballew and wife, Mary; and aunts, Virginia Forrest and husband, Kevin and Vanessa Hood and husband, Bryan. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, May 13, 2013 at Benton Memorial Gardens with the Reverend Floyd Boggess officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00 p.m. on Monday at Higgins Funeral Home prior to the service.
