Larry Kipton Walden, 74, of Benton, passed away peacefully on May 30, 2021, at a Spring City healthcare facility.

He was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee on January 2, 1947, to the late Oddisy and Martha Lawson Walden.

Larry had a great love for his family and enjoyed life to the fullest. Throughout life, he worked in Dalton, Georgia in the carpet manufacturing and later was a security guard with Flowers Baking Company. He mostly enjoyed spending time with his beloved family and will be deeply missed by all.

Survivors include his son, Larry Kenneth Walden; sister, Beverly (Keith) Fulton; step-son, Jerry (Debbie) Walden; former wife, Polly Coker; and several grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
