Leola "Granny" Wilson, 74, a resident of Benton, passed away Saturday, January 12, 2008 at her residence.

Mrs. Wilson was the daughter of the late Wilburn Smith and Mary Cloer Smith and was also preceded in death by her husband, Charles Wilson.

She is survived by her children: Millie Turner of Benton and Debbie Debradley and husband John Debradley of Fayeville, Ohio; seven grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; sisters: Pearl Gribble and husband, Thomas Gribble of Cleveland and Mattie Lou Russell of Cleveland; brother, John W. Smith and Sylvia Smith of Cleveland; several nieces and nephews also survive.

A graveside service will be conducted at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Brock Cemetery with Reverend Lowell Hicks officiating.

Her family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Monday at Higgins Funeral Home.
