Linda Jo Sisum, 60, of Englewood, Tennessee, departed this life unexpectedly on December 8, 2025.

She was born on February 27, 1965, in Delta, Colorado.

Linda lived a full life blessed by a large and loving family. She loved to crochet and spent many days creating beautiful handmade pieces; nearly everyone who knew her has at least one blanket made with her hands and heart. She also enjoyed crafting and was amazingly creative. Linda never went a single day without her cherished cup of coffee-often in her favorite mug that read, "Coffee is the way of Life." She was truly family-oriented, selfless, and devoted, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Linda was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin Sisum, and her father, Emmett Dunn Sr.

She is survived by her loving mother, Elda Dunn; her children, Jeff (Diana) Dunn, Kristine (Perrey) Cave, Amber Dunn, Tonya Martin, Samantha Martin, Kenny Sisum, Lester (April) Sisum, Jason (Linda) Sisum, and Kimberly Rowell; and her siblings, Emmett Dunn Jr, Rex Dunn, Greg Dunn, Patricia (Dave) Swiderski, and Floyd (Crystal) Dunn. She will also be deeply missed by many grandchildren, one great-grandbaby, nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of dear friends whose lives she touched.

A memorial service will be held at 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 21, 2025, at Woodhaven Community Center, 23101 Hall Rd. Woodhaven, MI  48183

A Celebration of Life will also be held in her home state of Colorado in the summer of 2026, before she travels to her final place of rest with her beloved husband, Melvin, in Tennessee.
