Linton Wayne Smith, 78, died at his home in Calhoun, TN on Friday, June 15, 2012 under Hospice Care. He was a verteran of the Air Force and was employed by Martin-Marietta for 36 years as an engineer. He was a member of Chestuee Baptist Church. Survivors are his wife, Alice L. Smith; son, Steven and grandson, Josua. There will be no services at this time. Higgins Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
