Mary Marie Miller Campbell, 90, a life-long resident of Benton, passed away Friday, October 28, 2011 at her home. She was a member of Mountain View Baptist. She was preceded in death by her parents, J. W. and Tichie Kelly Miller; husband, Roy Campbell; sister, Jessie Conner; and brothers, C. F. Miller and Kenneth Miller. She is survived by her son, Jerry Campbell and special friend, Corrine McWilliams, of Benton; grandsons, Kirk Campbell and wife, Angela Tipton Campbell and Jamie Campbell and wife, Tracy Maldonaldo Campbell; granddaughter, Lisa Gunn; great grandchildren, Keri Nation, Brandon Gunn, Ciara Campbell, Savannah Campbell, Gabe Campbell and Addie Campbell; special nieces and nephews, Nell Jeep Moorhouse, Wandean Garrison and John Morris Campbell; and several other nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 1, 2011 in the chapel of Higgins Funeral Home with the Reverend Jasper Woody officiating. Interment will be Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. at Brock Cemetery with a white dove release ceremony concluding the service. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home prior to the service.
