Mary Alice Wattenbarger Henry, 95, of Ocoee, passed away peacefully on November 17, 2020.

Mary Alice was born on February 2, 1925 to the late, Clarence and Elise Wattenbarger in Conasauga, TN. She retired from The Polk County School System after 40+ years as a dedicated History teacher and enjoyed growing flowers. She was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church and was a faithful and dedicated mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and friend, who will be missed by all who knew her.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband of 68 years, Weyman E. Henry, Sr.; son, David L. Henry and brother, Warren Wattenbarger.

Survivors include her beloved son, Weyman E. Henry, Jr.; grandchildren, Travis Henry, Justin Henry, Tim Henry, Chas Henry and Lauren Dwinell; brother, Tim Wattenbarger; eleven great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

A Celebration of Life service will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 21, 2020 at Shiloh Baptist Church with Pastor Charlie Campbell officiating. Interment will follow at Benton Memorial Gardens with Travis Henry, Justin Henry, Tim Henry, Chas Henry, Todd Henry and John "Tre" Dwinell, III, serving as pallbearers.

Her family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. on Saturday prior to the service at the church.
