Michael Allen Mull, 60, of Old Fort, passed away Wednesday, September 7, 2011. He was retired from the Tennessee Department of Transportation and Frito Lay. He was a member of the Blue Ridge Temple Baptist Church in Old Fort. He enjoyed spending time with his family and being outdoors. He was preceded in death by his father, James Mull. He is survived by his wife, Connie Beavers Mull of Old Fort; mother, Ira Mae Morris Mull of Benton; children, Tiffany Mull of Old Fort and Travis Mull and wife, Tiffany Nichole of Cleveland; grandson, Riley Mull of Cleveland; sisters, Ella Mae Mull of Benton and Nancy Hill of Benton; brothers, Anthony Mull and wife, Gereline of Cleveland and Jim Mull and wife, Helen of Benton; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 10, 2011 in the chapel of Higgins Funeral Home with the Reverend Steve Beavers, Jr. officiating. Interment will follow in Benton Memorial Gardens. A white dove release ceremony will conclude the service. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home.
