Pamela "Renee" Phillips, age 44, went home to be with the Lord December 24, 2007. She was a resident of the Oak Grove Community in Benton, TN. Renee was born on February 9, 1963 in Chatsworth, Georgia. She attended Oak Grove Baptist Church, and was employed as office manager for Liberty Tax Service in Cleveland, TN.

Survivors include her husband Darryl Eugene "Geneo" Phillips; son Josh Gibson; daughter Tabitha "Tabby" Sanford; step-son D. J. Phillips and wife Lacey; granddaughter Chasity Cheyenne Phillips; step-daughter Sky Phillips; parents Charles and Brenda Gibson of Chatsworth, Georgia; sister Donna Johnson of Jasper, Georgia; sister Tracy Arisohn of Hinesville, Georgia and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Sunday in the chapel of Higgins Funeral Home with Rev. Don Whitehead and Donny Caylor officiating. Interment will follow in Oak Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.

Visitation is 6-8 p.m. Saturday, December 29, 2007 at the funeral home.
