Reathel Mantooth, 69, of Benton, TN passed away Sunday, March 18, 2018 in an Athens hospital. She was born on May 9, 1948 to the late Sam and Winnie Mantooth. She was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church and loved her aquariums.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Troy, Jerry, Riley, Clyde and Roy Mantooth; sisters, Carzella, Easter, Brenda and Linda Fay.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory brother, Claude (Connie) Mantooth; sister, Gayla (Garry) Brunk; special nephew, Sam Johnson; numerous extended family members and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 22, 2018 in the chapel of Higgins Funeral Home in Benton, TN with Reverend Johnny Townsend officiating. Interment will follow in Ball Play Baptist Church Cemetery. A white dove release will conclude the service.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at Higgins Funeral Home.
