Reed Sundermeier, 65, of Benton passed away peacefully on September 30, 2023.

He was born to Charles and Patricia Sundermeier on February 14, 1958, in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

Reed obtained an associates degree from Broward Community College. From 1978 to 1998 he dedicated 20 years of service to UPS and became an invaluable member of the team. He was also an active member of the Lions Club of Benton, Tennessee, where he served as Treasurer. Through this organization, Reed tirelessly worked towards making a positive difference in the lives of others. He was a simple man who enjoyed watching football, NASCAR races, and WWE wrestling. He was also an avid fan of country music that resonated with his soul. He cherished his family, friends, and neighbors, and adored his Ford truck. Reed found solace in being a handyman, always ready to lend a helping hand when someone was in need.

He was preceded by his beloved father, Charles.

Left to cherish the many memories include his loving wife, Maryse; daughters, Christina, and Jo-Ann; mother, Patricia; son-in-law, Josh; granddaughter, Ayla; brother, Scott; nephew, Jason; grand-nephew, Charlie, and grand-niece Emerson. A host of family and friends also survive.
