Obituary

Regina Lou (Dunn) Blankenship, 89, of Cleveland passed away Tuesday, November 8, 2016 in a local healthcare facility. She was a member of Blue Ridge Baptist Church and the President of the Ladies Auxiliary at the local VFW.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Arlon Blankenship; parents, Herald and Ada Brackett Dunn; children, Billy and Vernon Blankenship and brothers, Olan and Charles Edward Dunn.

She is survived by her son, Eddy Blankenship and his special friend, Shirley Milen; ten grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; brothers, Virgil Dunn, Paul Fenton Dunn, Ronald Dunn and Farrell Dunn; sisters, Dot Quinn, Willa Mae King, Eula Parm, Nell Headrick and Kay Underwood.

Funeral services will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. Friday, November 11, 2016 at Higgins Funeral Home in Benton, TN with the Reverend Jimmy Parm officiating. Interment will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 12, 2016 in Dill Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. Friday, November 11, 2016 at the funeral home prior to the service.
