Tammie Sue Moore Ensminger, 52, of Cleveland, passed away Sunday, July 10, 2011 at a local hospital. She was an assistant manager at McDonalds. She was a member of South Liberty Baptist Church. She was a loving mother, grandmother and sister. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clyde and Mary Ellen Lewis Moore and aunt, Betty Lewis. She is survived by her brothers, Buster Lewis and wife, Angela of Benton and Tony Moore and wife, Delores of Cleveland; sisters, Sheila Fairbanks and husband, Johnny of Decatur and Pam Green and Perry Bowerman of Cleveland; children, Jeremy Kazy and wife, Jennifer and Shauna Kazy McDonald, all of Cleveland; grandchildren, HaLee, Bryson, Alexis and Kinzer; special cousin, Deanna Moore; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 12, 2011 in the chapel of Higgins Funeral Home with the Reverend Guinn Green officiating. Interment will be Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. in Benton Memorial Gardens with family members serving as pallbearers. A white dove release ceremony will conclude the service. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home prior to the service.
