Terry W. Johnson, age 57, a native and lifelong resident of Cleveland, TN, passed away Tuesday, September 23, 2014, in a Chattanooga healthcare facility. He had a kind heart and never met a stranger. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Billy Newton Johnson and Ruth Beck Crisp; brothers, Billy Ray Johnson and Tony Bishop. He is survived by his daughter, Amy Johnson of McMinn County; sister, Cindy (Nathan) Park of Benton, TN; brother, Jeff (Patty) Bishop of Fort Leonard Wood, Mo; niece, Sydney Park of Benton, TN; great-nephew, Braxton Nelms of Benton, TN; special friend, Jim Capehart; several other extended family and friends also survive. The family will assemble for a graveside service at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday September 25, 2014 at Fort Hill Cemetery, Cleveland, TN. There will be no formal visitation.
