Wendell Bazzell, 70, of Benton, passed away Thursday, May 26, 2011 at his residence. He retired as a supervisor with Fulmarque. He was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church in Benton. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Edna Pettit Bazzell and brother, Gerald Bazzell. He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Bazzell of Benton; children, Paige Bazzell-Morgan of Benton, Chris Bazzell and wife, Denise of Cleveland and Hector Zumaya Jr. and wife, Jennifer and James Zumaya, all of Benton; 9 grandchildren, Montana Bazzell, Felica Bazzell, Samantha Bazzell, Daniel Morgan, Dakota Bazzell, Cory Armour, Kendra Zumaya, Kadence Zumaya and Kira Zumaya; great grandchild, Caden Kimsey; sister, Johniene Dorian and husband, Reed of Nashville; and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 29, 2011 at Abundant Life in Cleveland with the Reverend Gary Nelson officiating.
